How long will my merchandise take to arrive?

Our apparel and merchandise are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping service and destination selected at checkout. Shipping estimates shown at checkout do not include production time.

You'll receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. Standard and Express shipping options are available within Australia, with international shipping available to selected destinations.

When will my plants and cuttings be shipped?

Plants and cuttings are generally shipped at the beginning of the week to help minimize the amount of time they may spend sitting in transit or at a postal facility over the weekend.

This means your order may not be dispatched immediately after purchase. We may hold your plant or cutting safely until the next suitable shipping day to give it the best possible journey to you.
